Frequently Asked Question

What is included?

All accommodation is included.

Breakfast, mid morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and evening dinner. Wine is also included with your evening meal.

All bed linen, facecloths, toiletries and towels are included.

 

What should I bring along?

We are very informal, so comfortable clothes typical for an English Summer. You will have hanging space, and drawer space in each cabin but obviously it is limited.

Non slip shoes are advisable, ie trainers, or soft soled shoes preferably without heels.

Soft bags are best, ie. Rucksacks, or holdalls, NO suitcases as these are difficult for us to store.

 

Can I smoke?

The interior of the boat is strictly non-smoking.

If you do want to smoke, anywhere outside of the boats is fine.

 

Is there alcohol on board?

We have a fully licensed bar on board with a wide range of spirits, beers, wines and soft drinks. The bar is open all day and prices are very reasonable. A tab is run for the duration of the holiday and can be settled at the end of the cruise.

 

How and when do I get there?

Boarding is from 4.00pm onwards, if guests wish to arrive earlier to have a look around, they may leave their luggage with us.

Upon payment of your final balance a Welcome Pack will be sent to you. This will include maps of arrival and destination points, together with information regarding local train stations, and taxi companies.

We can arrange car parking at many of our boarding points at a minimal fee, and details of this will also be in the welcome pack.

 

How do I book?

Guests are able to download a booking form from our download page.

Guests are able to book online via our secure server, and make payments on line.

You can also contact us via email, telephone or text message if you would like to speak to us. Details are on the contact us page.

If you wish to speak to us personally our phone number is also on the website. We will be happy to talk with you.

 

I have an allergy, or special dietary requirement, can you cope with that?

If you have any kind of allergy or dietary requirement please let us know at the time of booking.

We can cope with most dietary requirements. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this further.

 

How do I make my payment?

You can pay by bank transfer and our bank details will be on the booking form.

You can pay online at the time of booking by debit card or credit card.

You can also telephone us to make a payment.
